Remembering Terry

Three years ago today, we said 'so long for now' to my husband's son. He was a son, a husband, a brother and a daddy. And he was a remarkable person. He lived life to the fullest. The greatest thing I can say though is that he was a Christian so there is comfort in knowing he is OK and our goodbyes were only temporary.

You may have noticed the Donate Life button on my blog. Terry died waiting on a liver transplant due to Chronic Active Hepatitis, an autoimmune disease he'd had since 1982. I couldn't let today go by without remembering Terry and mentioning how important life-saving organs can be to those that wait.
