More Boxes from Debbie's Die Cuts

There are so many ways to use this little box diecut from Debbie's Die Cuts. For this one, I painted the box and the star with rusting solution and let them dry. Using a Cuttlebug folder, the box was dry embossed. Rub-Ons by Craft-T were used to further color the box and star. A handle was fashioned using rusty craft wire and a paperbead was added to the wire handle. The box is completed with a second tag and a 'treasure' sticker by K&Company.

Each side of this box was stamped with the gift box stamp (Inkadinkado) and then masked. A different color of Brilliance ink was used to color each of the four sides. The 'Happy Birthday' maker is unknown. The star is by Claudia Rose. Bits of glitter were added to the star for a touch of glitz. A skewer was run through the sides of the box and a ribbon handle was tied onto the skewer ends. The small tag is also from Debbie's and the box is completed with a tiny gift bow.

This would be the perfect box for a special gift to someone you love. The box was stamped in black using StazOn ink. The flourish stamps are by Stampabilities. The flourish die cut was painted black and is available from Debbie. The box was embellished with clear jewels and glitter spray. Two "Love" charms further embellish along with wired black ribbon for the handle. Debbie's die cuts and kits can be found at http://thestudioinpreston.blogspot.com/. Her Christmas in July sale continues...

I already commented in an email, but I adh to also say publicly that I love your boxes. They look nice enough to wear as a purse (and what GREAT gifts they make in and of themselves- I would be happy to receive one EMPTY!)
