Christmas Planner

This week I finished a Christmas planner that I can use year after year.  The planner is an altered board book that measures 8" square.  It was prepped with a light sanding to remove some of the glossiness from the surface.  All pages were then covered with coordinating scrapbook paper.

I imported an image (Altered Pages) into my photo editor and created a book plate for the inside cover.

One spread is for the Christmas menu and recipes.  Library pockets and cards are great for recording and storing favorite holiday recipes.

Naughty or nice?

A record of Christmas cards mailed and received

This DVD envelope will hold holiday photos.

The spine is covered with linen using Yes! Paste to secure.

Purchased embellishments adorn the front cover as well as the pages throughout the book.  All images are from Altered Pages. It's not too early to begin Christmas planning!

Wow Diane this is gorgeous! I spotted a Xmas morning casserole in your pages. Is it a secret? I've been looking for a good one for a long time. Care to share? Love this idea.
